I have been thinking about having breast implants for a number of years now
as my breasts went down to a AA cup after having my son. I could never fill
a bra and always had to wear padded ones and longed to be able to fill a
lacy bra!

I finally decided to go for it this year. A colleague of mine had
breast surgery and she recommended Mr Sojitra as she was very happy with her
results.

I was very concerned about being too big as I have quite a small frame and I
didn't want it to look obvious that I had 'fake' breasts. I had a
consultation with Mr Sojitra where I tried a few implants and decided on the
ones that I thought looked the best for my frame.

I went into the hospital early in the morning and was out by the evening
which was great, no over night stay! When I woke up from the anaesthetic I
was very pleasantly surprised that I wasn't in very much pain. Obviously a
bit tender but I really thought it would be much more painful! They were
quite swollen at first and I had to wear a sports bra which was given to me
day and night for 3 weeks and then just during the day for the following 3
weeks. I thought I'd hate wearing it all the time but actually quite the
opposite as it was so comfortable and in fact when I took it off by breasts
felt quite heavy and tender so I was always keen to get it back it on! I
didn't drive for about a week and didn't exercise for 6 weeks. I was back at
my office job after a few days and back to running after about 7-8 weeks.

I am so pleased with the results and can't believe how natural they look and
feel! They are much softer than I imagined they would be and are the perfect
size. I am now approximately a D cup. After 3 months they are a little numb
in places as are my nipples but I am assured the feeling will eventually
come back.

I'm so glad I went ahead and got them done and all my friends can't stop
saying how great they look and so natural. No one would ever think by
looking at me that I have implants.

I definitely chose the right consultant.

Many thanks
Kate

I had a breast reduction and uplift with Mr Sojitra and I was thrilled with the results. I had never had cosmetic surgery before and I didn’t feel confident about the whole process, especially the result which Is something I guess we all care most about. Mr Sojitra is very calm and confident and has a reassuring and modest manner. He does not build up your hopes and that gave me a more realistic expectation and also made me feel my decision was mine and that it was made after weighing up all the pros and cons. Immediately after the surgery I was very happy and physically comfortable and my recovery has been amazingly quick. I sensed I had been in excellent hands and the result was clearly the best it could be. The size, the symmetry, the bruising, the incisions, all looked close on perfection, and I had done my visual research beforehand! My physical comfort has improved overnight, they are just the right size for my body. Mr Sojitra’s judgement in the right size and shape for me was perfect. Therefore my expectations were exceeded. Do not take modesty always to mean a modest result. I am very happy and I would highly recommend Mr Sojitra to everyone considering this more complicated procedure.

Being given a diagnosis of breast cancer is devastating at any age, but to be given this diagnosis at the relatively young age of 36, and to be told that you need to go through chemotherapy and have a mastectomy is even more distressing. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and spent the next nine months receiving chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and undergoing mastectomy with lymph node clearance. The light at the end of the tunnel was the fact that my breast surgeon assured me that I could be referred for reconstructive surgery once the treatment had finished and he recommended Mr Sojitra.

Following a few consultations with Mr Sojitra, I was admitted to the Royal Free Hospital for breast reconstruction surgery. I opted for a DIEP flap reconstruction which brings tissue from my abdomen to be used to reconstruct my breast. I was in hospital for about a week, during which time I received excellent treatment from the entire team of nurses and doctors involved in my care. I was then discharged home and recuperated over the following two months, and was able to return to work nine weeks after my surgery.

It is now twenty months later and I have been discharged from Mr Sojitra’s care. The surgery has given an excellent result, particularly following nipple reconstruction and tattooing, and I am delighted with the outcome of the surgery. I feel much more confident and am able to wear clothes I thought I’d never wear again. It’s also great to be able to wear a “normal” bra and swimsuit, and I felt absolutely wonderful in my wedding dress when I got married just nine months after my reconstruction.

I am so thankful to Mr Sojitra and his entire team who have all worked so hard in achieving such a great result for me.

I’ve been aware of not feeling ‘womanly’ since I was about 16, and didn’t feel complete, or like I had ‘my fair share’ – I desperately wanted bigger boobs! I had never had any negative comments from people as I was growing up, but I had always struggled with my confidence. I would wear chicken fillets and padded bras, but underneath I knew that I was flat chested and it was all an act. All I wanted was bigger boobs.

I’ve never been one of these people who wanted to look like a glamour model. I just wanted to fill out my bra. I went to my GP and he applied to the NHS for me, but I was turned down. It was then that my GP said about going private and mentioned Mr Sojitra, and she told me the website which I looked up straight away.

I thought I would just go for the consultation to find out a bit more. I wasn’t even going to get my boobs out! But when I met Nilesh sojitra, my surgeon, he was absolutely great, and I felt really comfortable with him and the service that he and his team provided. I had planned to go and check out other places but in the end I didn’t bother.

It’s not just about having bigger boobs – I now feel that all of my curves are in the right place. For the first time I have mounds of breast! Before the operation I wouldn’t even wear low cut or halter neck tops because I would have to go without a bra and I hated my shape but it will be wonderful to have so many options to wear now.

I am so pleased I went ahead with the boob enlargement with Nilesh Sojitra. My new figure has already given me new confidence. I have wanted it for six years, but never in a million years thought it would happen to me.

I have gone from being ashamed, to being confident; to being confident but knowing I could be more confident. I now feel a whole lot better getting dressed and getting naked when I’m a bit more in proportion.

I had 375cc under’s which made me a 34DD/E because DD’s a bit tight, and E fit’s nicely. My experience with Mr Sojitra was fab! He was so friendly, I’m the most worried person in the world so I had 101 questions to ask and he happily answered all of them. Any time I thought of a new question I just called up and they were there to answer. I also was worried about my size I had chosen and he said come up for a chat a week before surgery I changed my size. He was very flexible – it was all about me. I would recommend him any day!! I’m very happy with my boobs. They look so natural you would never know I have had an operation. My whole experience with Mr Sojitra was amazing and I was well looked after from day one.

I had always been very unhappy with the excessive skin over my upper & lower eyelid and although always wanted to do something about it but never found a surgeon who I had felt comfortable with.

From the initial consultation with Mr Sojitra to the final results I was extremely pleased with the care and consideration and explanation I received. Mr Sojitra performed blepharoplasty surgery in February 2011 on both my eyelids. It was the best thing I have ever done, and has completely changed the way I feel about my eyes now. I cannot thank Mr Sojitra & his team enough for service and excellent procedure. I would recommend him highly.

I saw Mr Sojitra at Spire Harpenden regarding a change of the dreaded PIP implants which had
been put in by another company in London. I first spoke to his receptionist whom I found to
be extremely helpful and pleasant. She gave me all the information and prices that I asked for
and we then arranged a consultation.
Once I met Mr Sojitra at my consultation he reassured me that I would be in safe hands and put
all of my worries to rest as he answered all my questions and listened to what I wanted and
also advised me on what would be best for myself. He advised that I went for a more robust
implant and I was very pleasantly surprised when he said that he does not charge any extra
for a different implant unlike other hospitals that I have found. A lot of companies try to
make a profit out of good quality implants. He only uses life time guarantee implants against
rupture. I found the service to be worth every penny and I would gladly recommend them to
anyone.
I know where I will be going back for my next procedure

It is exactly six months since I underwent an abdominoplasty, performed by Mr Nilesh Sojitra, and it is one of the best things I’ve ever done.

Although I am fairly slim and keep in shape, I have never liked my stomach and always felt it was out of proportion with the rest of me. As I entered my forties, extra rolls of fat appeared – not just around my stomach but my ribs – and I knew as I got older it was not going to improve although otherwise I remained fairly petite. So as I entered my fifth decade, I decided to investigate the options and had two consultations with different surgeons. I was hoping that perhaps just some liposuction would suffice, but both consultants explained this would not give the result I was hoping for as slack skin would remain.

I met Mr Sojitra twice before making the decision to go ahead. He came across as relaxed, positive and unstuffy. The hospital staff were friendly and professional and I was not subject to any “hard sell” tactics. I took time to read case histories and research thoroughly in order to make an informed decision. Although the cost was rather higher than I had hoped or anticipated [although both consultants quoted roughly the same], there was no way I would ever consider going abroad or for any kind of cut-price deal. I also spoke to an ex-patient of Mr Sojitra’s who herself worked within the health service – he had been recommended by her colleagues and had a reputation for very neat stitching, so this was very reassuring.

Once I decided to go ahead and was booked in, I can honestly say I did not feel at all anxious as I felt very confident about my surgeon and the hospital.

My procedure included liposuction to flanks and tightening up slack stomach muscles to achieve the optimum result. Although it was explained to me that the surgery is not as radical as a caesarean, it nevertheless takes about four hours so is a fairly major operation. Having to sleep sitting up for the first week or so was difficult as it put huge strain on my back and moving around to start with took time and care although I ensured I kept mobile and did a reasonable amount of steady walking. I do a lot of walking and have been practising yoga for years and I’m convinced this made a huge difference to the speed and success of my recovery.

I live alone and although I had friends checking on me and ferrying me to hospital a couple of times, I self-cared and it wasn’t a problem as I had made preparations beforehand. I followed the after-care advice of Mr Sojitra and the Cosmetic Nurse (who was excellent) to the letter and six months on, the lumpiness of the scar is nearly gone and the redness is beginning to fade. I have not regained sensation in one area of my stomach and do not know if this is permanent, although I am not overly concerned. I weighed myself when I returned from hospital and had lost half a stone and I’ve been determined to maintain this weight.

It is still a novelty to look down and see a flat abdomen and stomach where before I saw rolls of fat! Friends who I confided in were surprised I felt the need to have surgery but then I always covered it up well and am not otherwise large. Those same friends often pay me compliments now as I am able to wear favourite figure-hugging skirts which had just languished in the wardrobe for years. It is fantastic to be able to buy clothes and not feel constrained by having to disguise my middle and that things now fit properly although I haven’t rushed out and bought lots. My biggest thrill has been putting on things I haven’t worn in a long time (or since surgery) which now look even better.

I am happy to speak with anyone who is considering undergoing the same surgery with Mr Sojitra.

Its now been just over 8 months since i had my breast augmentation with you via. I’m sorry its taken so long to write to you but I’ve been so busy with work. I cannot stress to you how happy I am with the results. It took me about 5 years of deciding whether to have this procedure done as I was so scared of the outcome, i.e. that they would be too big and fake looking. I’m 5ft 5ins and have always weighed about 8stone 10Lbs. I used to be a 34C but due to a car accident I had about 8 years ago where I broke my jaw and lost nearly 2stone in weight my breasts have never regained their former size and fullness and due to the rapid weight loss I also had a few small stretch marks. I’ve always been conscious of my weight and appearance and regularly go to the gym 4 times a week. I’m happy with my figure but as the years went by I got more and more upset about my breasts. it was getting to a point where a 34B bra was loose and my breasts just felt empty and they were starting to sag slightly. I made up my mind last Christmas to have them done in 2011.

I had previously done some research and I one important thing that kept on coming up was to make sure the surgeon i go with was BAAPS registered. I found a local BAAPS registered surgeon at The Chelsfield Hospital and had a meeting in January 2011, but the whole experience was not great and rather embarrassing. The surgeon was about 65 years old was quite dismissive, he hardly looked at me just looking down at his pad writing, he then asked me to remove my top and said what size he thought I should be, he wasn’t really interested in hearing what I had to say and just rushed he out. I asked for an example of what I was look like and he suggested I get a plastic bag and put a certain amount of water in it and that’s an approximate size i will be and this surgeon was charging £5,500. Even though this person was BAAPS registered I Googled his name and found a few bad reviews about him, similar to my comments, but I didn’t find any negative reviews on his work so I was still in two minds. I Then saw an article in a Sunday news paper supplement (either the Times or The Daily Mail) and Mr Sojitra was mentioned. I then Googled him and all I could find was glowing reviews, so I called him in the middle of February 2011. My meeting with Nilesh was at the Highgate Hospital, and the whole experience was totally different. Nilesh was very professional and warm and asked me lots of questions and I explained that due to personal circumstances and weight loss that I just wanted to regain my original fullness and that more important that they had to look natural to a point where I didn’t really want people to notice I’d had a breast augmentation done and that I only wanted to be a 34C no bigger. Nilesh listened to all my views and worry’s and after an examination he made me wear a bra and he showed me the implants itself and we tried the different sizes to see what size I was happy with, he explained about having the implant over or under the muscle, where to have the incision etc etc. I came out of the meeting feeling so reassured and actually excited, so I booked the op for April. The people who work with Mr Sojitra were very helpful, friendly and attentive.

The operation itself was allot less painful than I expected and after the operation I actually felt well enough to go shopping up the Westend 2 days later as I felt so great (I probably shouldn’t have admitted that). I cannot stress to you how pleased and happy I am with the results, they were obviously bigger at 1st due to swelling but they are now exactly a good 34C and more important they look really natural and it actually took my friends a long time to notice, the main comment I got was had I lost weight as my waist looked smaller. My clothes look better on me and I look allot more in proportion. One of my main worries was whether it would have an impact on my exercise regime and if the breast would feel uncomfortable but with a good sports bra there is hardly any difference. They feel so natural and part of me that sometimes I actually forget I’ve had them done, I always had a worry that you’d be aware of having a foreign body within you but this is not the case what so ever.

I would just like to thank Nilesh as he’s made me a very happy women and I’ve regained my confidence that I had lost and my only regret was that I didn’t have it done 5 years ago.
