I had always been very unhappy with the size and shape of my breasts, and although always wanted to do something about them had never met a surgeon who I had felt comfortable with.
From the initial consultation with Mr Sojitra to the final result I was extremely pleased with the care and consideration I received. Mr Sojitra performed a breast reduction in late December 2008. My consultation with Nilesh Sojitra was the final consultation of 4 and I knew that I'd found my guy!
I liked his patience, knowledge and just felt very relaxed and non-rushed. No matter how popular a surgeon is I don't feel that there is ever a need to hurry someone along or make light of enquiries even if you've heard them a million times before as we are after all paying for the service!
As plastic surgeons go, I felt doubly secure in my choice by the fact he also works for the NHS in the same area of cosmetic surgery.
I felt like i was treated like a celebrity at the BMI hospital that i chose, the ladies there were just so nice to me. I cant fault them and the food was nice too.
Cosmetic Surgeons London have always been a phone call or email away and have offered a very prompt response to all of my queries and I had quite alot of them post surgery!

Just wanted to let you know that all is well with the new breasts. Can you pass my thanks and appreciation on to Nilesh please. He has done a fantastic job and is obviously a consumate sculptor of the human body!! The new breasts are quite the best part of my entire body! Certainly the youngest!
I am finding that these silicone implants are an improvement on the saline one's surprisingly. They do feel more natural and I think look better as well.
So thankyou Nilesh for the part you played in this little drama in my life and hope you have a great Christmas, onwards and upwards for 2010, may it bring you a degree of prosperity and much happiness.
