My tummy tuck was done April 12th 2017 and 11 weeks later my scar is healing exceptionally well and stomach muscles considerably stronger. My tummy looks perfect and since loosing that extra skin I have gone from a size 12 back to a size 10 in trousers. By week three I was back to work and by week 9 was able to restart my sport as my stomach muscles are now feeling much more stronger. I was delighted throughout, from my first appointment for consultation to my time spent in hospital to my outpatient follow up appointments. All staff were very friendly and welcoming and kept me very comfortable and advised me throughout from what the procedure would entail to what to expect during weeks to follow for recovery. I am so very delighted with how straight forward this has been and would strongly advise this procedure to anyone considering a tummy tuck.
My thanks go to Mr Sojitra, Teresa, Carolyn and all of the staff whom were involved in my care. A truly outstanding team.
I have to admit, I originally went to see Nilesh on a whim. I’ve been on a diet for as long as I can remember but with some injuries stopping my once-rigorous exercise regime and the ever-dreading peri-menopause rearing it’s ugly head, I had to admit I had a middle-aged spread and nothing I was doing was making it any smaller. On the recommendation of a couple of good friends, I went along to see Nilesh, just to find out a bit more. (Only after hounding the totally lovely Carolyn with loads of questions and personal doubts).
Within 5 minutes I knew I was going to go under the knife. His honest, professional and non-pushy attitude helped me make my decision – as did meeting his totally gorgeous nurse, Theresa – and within 3 weeks I was at The Spire, Harpenden, ready for the big op. As expected, all the staff there were fantastic – very kind and patient especially with my constant bell-ringing. I won’t lie, the first 3 days were horrible but a week later, when I took off my bandages, the result was incredible. In only 7 days I’d gone from have a flabby middle and grabbable flanks, to a flat stomach and super slim torso. I was amazed that the results looked so good in such a short time. The bruising was minimal and now, 3 weeks later, has totally gone. The pain didn’t last long and after 4 days I was more or less back to doing my usual stuff (obviously minus the lifting and exercise).
I’d always said I’d never have liposuction – the thought of the pain afterwards put me off – I can safely say it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m now looking forward to wearing my bikini on holiday for the first time in a long time.
Nilesh is an amazing surgeon, backed by an incredible team and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him a million times over. Thank you thank you thank you
I’m hoping you could please pass on a huge thank you to Nilesh for me.
I can’t believe how different things look and I am absolutely delighted with it!
There is hardly any swelling and I would say the pain is 2/10 at worst. (although I have been taking the paracetamol/codeine which must be helping).
I imagine it won’t be long before I can stop taking the painkillers.
I really can’t believe how well the whole procedure has gone and won’t hesitate to recommend Nilesh to my friends!!
Look forward to seeing him in February for the follow up and I will write a testimonial for his website.
Thanks so much to you as well. The whole experience has been really positive.
